Financial Reporting and Control

Currently financial statements are produced by the treasurer on a monthlys basis and brought to the regular meeting of vestry on the second tuesday of each month.   There are three reports that are presented.   Monthly Income and Expendutures with the associasted budget comparison, year to date figures and non Budget fund income/expense and balance.   Questions are asked for clarification on items that are over budget.  Motions to curb spending may arise out of this discussion.  Other financial decisions are made at this time.   The reprots are "passed" or "recieved as approved"

Two signatures are required for cheques.  They are drawn from a pool of four who are.   Treasurer, Rector and the two wardens.

Cash management is in the hands of the Treasurer generally.

Payment and extention of lines of credit or loans are brough to Vestry for approval.

Bills recieved are approved by Eric or one of the Wardens.

Checkes are presented for signing with backup documents.

Checks are written only upon written request (sometimes on an ongoing basis)
