Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to outline the position of St. James the Less with respect to personal information.

Scope

This policy applies to all members of St. James the Less

Policy Statement

Personal information including names, addresses, phone numbers, the provision or receipt of financial resources etc. is considered to be private.

Personal information will only be disclosed when permission is obtained.

·        Persons receiving funds from the Rector’s discretionary fund will not be asked to disclose their identity.

·        In accordance with the interim financial reporting policy however, persons receiving funding from the Missions disbursement will be asked permission to disclose the amount and purpose of the funding.
