Facility Maintenance

 

Traditionally the Church Wardens have carried the burden of this task.

 

More and more however this is being handled as a normal office function.

 

There are several people who have indicated a desire to come and do small repairs/alterations etc.

 

There needs to be some clear direction for how this is to be handled. 

 

Much of this is falling to Iris and Eric

 

policy needs to include:

 

1) Eric to appoint a facility coordinator to handle small items

2) larger items will be handled within the office with the consultation of the Facility coordinator

3) big items will be handled through the writing of terms of reference and appointment of a taskforce.

 

reporting all maintence items and the way they were to handled to the wardens... somehow on a regular basis.
