as follows (subject to annual revision):  75 per cent to specific individuals or organizations based on a one-year commitment, to be evaluated at the end of each year; 25 per cent to quarterly applicants, done prayerfully, as one-time gifts.  Recipients of this Fund are not members of St. James the Less Church.
