Purpose

To establish the Ministry Leadership team to provide leadership in all aspects of Ministry under the direction of the Rector

 

Scope

This policy applies to all members of St. James the Less Church, its Leadership committees and taskforces.

 

Policy Statement

·        The Ministry Leadership team (MLT) is here with established.

·        The Team members shall be selected and appointed by the Rector with the input and discernment of existing team members.

·        The MLT shall be comprised of designated leaders, elders and others in the ministry of St. James the Less Church.

·        Together with the Rector the MLT will be responsible for Leading and carrying out all Ministry at St. James the Less Church.

·        The MLT will create its own policies with respect to ministries and programs.
